I understand that you have options when choosing a home inspector and unfortunately you probably won’t meet me until after you hire me. Inspectors have different fees, qualifications, experience, inspection techniques and reporting methods. We come in different shapes and sizes and physical abilities. A home inspection requires a lot of work and ultimately the inspection depends on the inspector’s own effort. I promise you that I will give you 100% mentally and physically.
